Bummer. I won't downgrade my drivers just to play RoR using vulcan. Thanks for the replies.

I have had issues using vulcan API on my computer running a RX6900XT+5800X3D. The game ran very sluggish and I had hickups when turning the camera around etc. After some tweaking around I found out a solution that worked for me...You have to tone down your graphics card.
For AMD, all you have to do is go to your Gaming section in the AMD software and under the configs for WAR.exe, enable AMD Chill and set your max FPS limit to 99. You can leave the min FPS limit to 60 or whatever. Turn off AFMF. Set your other settings as desired. I am using Sharpening 60% as well and Sildur's 6.0 Vulcan modification. The game looks and runs the most beautiful among the other API's I have to say. I can recommend the above mentioned AMD settings for everyone who has issues running the game smooth on vulcan.
Also no shader drop on vulcan compared to DX12 when in full screen mode and tabbing in and out of the game.

Sorry to raise this again, but which version of dxvk should I use with the 64 client? Do I copy it to game root folder?

Hey!
To quote TheWarcamp:
Then extract D3D9.dll (from 32x folder) into your Warhammer Online folder.
