Devour E/Dissipating are 5s duration and Devour essence hits 5 people and is not even Spirit dmg anymore. Rune of battle is 15s and Bane Shield requires tactic. Maybe the 24 aoe cap is the problem here? Obviously it is but doesnt matter. Another possible:
-Devour essence stacking (destro): dunno if tested, but another fun if applied on a sthealted WE
-Dissipating energies stacking (order): dunno if tested, but another fun if applied on a sthealted WH

It's a skill, see no reason why not?
It should, as should Witchbrew & Leonine Frenzy. Le not critting is kind of crazy since its 13pts Pet skill and pet is the Crit mechanic for Wl. Make Riposte crit again like in Aor + Crit tactics effected riposte as well.
