I do not know how, or why, but for some reason PvE in RoR is way better than on live. It is actually enjoyable. And this is a pvp fan saying it.

I cant wait for Lost Vale, my favorite live dungeon. I remember the sprites in there swearing at you in their strange language. Hope dark promise got some cool appearances with it as well. I will be going back to those lowbie dungeons too for the appearances alone.

Thanks for the communication! The PvE teams have been getting win after win with your content. Looking forward to seeing what these 2025 releases bring.

Big news on your vision for LotD! Glad to see you're making it more like live with the PQs being brought back. My big fear was we weren't going to have TotVL raids due to LotD being a big RvR zone. Having an instance raided and fighting off the attackers was one of the most fun (and frustrating) things on live, so I hope you bring it back here as well. The PQs coming back gives me hope that the zone locks and raids will be coming back as well.

Are there any plans on bringing tome tactics back any time soon? With all this new PvE goodness it'd be nice to be able to unlock and make use of them again. I've already got the undead one waiting to unlock for LotD :P

Actually the biggest news for me personally, a much welcome change.

T3 Dungeon is huge as well, this all sounds very promising.

I know that it doesn't fall under PvE, but i hope invader set will get adjusted at some point in the future, given how the "new" onslaught set made invader redundant for the most part imho (despite some invader sets being underrated and worth using to me personally, just the war crest cost for them doesn't really justify going for them instead of just skipping it)

-Alt sets which are currently missing. For example, on magus highest good toughness set is dominator- vanq/ invader lvl toughness set would be wanted, without affecting sov balance. Same for other classes, maybe make a forum poll- which non meta sets for which class players want.

-Random drop items with good stats, which however aren't strong enough to make them a must for a spec. For example, bbbe already has random drop blue cloaks/ jewelry with stats which are hard to get on specific classes (toughness/ wounds jewelry on healers for example)- rarer random drop purple versions with a bit better stats would be wanted, without being bis. Lottery and winning prices is always popular, when it isn't "must have or underpowered, and having a bad rng".
To take care of bad rng/ getting unwanted items, possibly make instead a rare drop tokens, which can be exchanged at vendor for items above.
Just make those drop from all mobs in dungeons- it is more exiting when you know what each mob that you kill, including trash ones, you got a chance even if small to get something good.

-Non set items with good enough stats to consider giving up set slots, instead of all specs being "which sets and how do you mix". Grimshimmer body was a good idea, and is in common use despite being non set item. Perhaps not more regen, but higher than usual stats/ armor/ resists, or procs like crit proc on t2 epic quest shoulders, or say thorns proc.

-Non set items with active abilities, like for example upgraded version of Battle Brew Backpack. Not something which will be too strong- "cleans all dots" and similar, but abilities like the ranged dot which can be used once per 5 min on backpack, with a decent stats on the item itself.

People should never forget this game is not supposed to be existing right now! Every day we get to enjoy it is a special treat, no matter what is going on.

Personally, I think the game is better now than live. Well done and thank you again!

I have a critical mind, but honestly, BRAVO! If you manage to stick to this roadmap, then hats off to the PvE team. Let's hope for an announcement from the class rework team soon!
