Classic bal, kd, repel for all situations. You have many choices here depending the gear. I'm lazy and I don't swap tactics I simply take the right targets according with my spec.

If u have about 1k str u can swap brute force tactic for flowing accusation or vindication

Interesting build but you're gonna miss out on some stuff like shroud of magus to pull it off

Build is all about burst, in and out quick. It's probably not great on a fresh 40 but with BIS gear I'm doing pretty good.
