Consideration for Weekly Account Rewards changed to account-bound

Agree and progressive to share more - guild coins, crests i.e. and pls really account and not faction-bound.

I hadn't even considered faction bound as an option. I'm not too keen on that at all. I think there's a higher balance that needs to be maintained that blurring the line may introduce issues.

I'm also concerned about currency, which is why I don't think I'm on board with crests being transferred between characters. That said, I haven't even put a lot of though at those items, so I'm not going to declare a stance on it at the moment. Appreciate the suggestions!

It should be realm bound otherwise promote xrealm to stronger side since rvr weekly is easier to get by locking zones.
On orher hand these share resourses will limit out many classes. I would not log healer that need soulstone and searching for a group instead will log rdps and zerg surf. So overall less healers and tanks and more zerg shrfing meta classes
