I thought cage thing was obvious but they kept coming back : D Tells something maybe about the quality and know how of RoR playerbase. The thing is, he doesn't have any regeneration other than his boots, body, and shoulder pads.

Maybe he prefers to have higher parry rather than more regen. But he goes less offensive in talis (some wounds) and defensive weapon proc. It's a matter of achieving balance to be able to survive and get kills.
