Will salvaging be a part of that update? Or something that will be released after?

I know the white trash ones have dropped, but they're really not worth it.

The price of +3 str talismans destro side is anywhere from 10 to 20 gold.

the problem with salvage is i dont know how to do the menu to pick the stat you want since we got no packet logs of those so my only option is to give randome stat :-/

first crafting update will be only talis crafting and scavaging though

So I shouldn't vendor/trash them. Well that's a thing I did not expect. +3 is such a small difference, even in T2... I guess that's what happens when you run out of things to spend money on.
