Low rr doesnt matter. Just run with the zerg and youll catch up in no time. Redeye is great set for starting out on tanks/dps and healers dont scale as much with gear as dps

Is there a way to make the weekly event item grant +1 spec to toons under rank sixty? That would assuage the rank disparity.
