Some Devs read the forum, but the proper place to address these issues is the bugtracker. You should open a ticket there

The official way is the bugtracker. If you want to be sure 100% that the Devs are awere of the problem then you should use the bugtracker. The forum is more informal, unless the fix the issue immediatly the problem will be soon forgotten.
