That does the same thing as checking and un-checking 'Show Guild Heraldry' on the cloak.

found it:
/script WindowSetShowing("HeraldryEditor",true)
Update:
The save-button DOES neither check if you have the rights to edit the heraldry, NOR if your guild is lvl 10.
However, you can change it for free as often as u like atm.
