It worked yes, took like 12 hours for the password to take effect. Went online for abit, got dced and now im back to square 1.

The server got restarted a few times in the meanwhile, it's possible it got reverted in some strange way.

Sorry to resurrect this, but I am experiencing the same problem and can not seem to play without using a VPN. I tried opening ports, allowing WAR through my firewall, but nothing. Any help appreciated.

Then play with VPN till solve the problem. I suggest Purevpn 'cause it has fast speed and you will not have lags while playing the game . It will be a temporary solution for you.

I installed this morning and was on long enough to make a character. I tried to log on again but the loading screen locked up after 13 seconds.

I changed passwords

I disabled firewall

I installed hotspot

Still locks up after 13 seconds

Well, changing password works without any delay (tested and retested 10 days ago).
But it seems to be a several condition : Login server must be stable/up.

Atm, it seems server isn't very stable some ppls haveproblems to connect and must retry many times.

cyberghost, connect to the srerver, when it shows 2 lines in 'black box'
disconnect from CG, choose server,
ahh ... its free VPN so there is a que

I am still waiting for this even dreaming. It is been 11 months since my first login,damn.
