I understand what the Dev team is trying to say, and the intent of the skill. But they have utterly changed the game with AoE cap of 24 as well as altering game mechanics that weren't there in the original intent (guard/morale bypass), the skill overperforms to such a degree as to stagnate an entire realm in multiple facets of the game. This is what I can't understand, not even sure that these guys are even playing the game anymore. Either way, we continue to play, but already you see the issues in those situations, and the fear is it will get worse.

Nope. Slayer can keep Rampage if it doesnt ignore Morale Avoidances and Guard Mechanic=) And Git To Da Choppa, give that to black orcs and replace it with ID like skill.(Huge aoe Dmg that procs all the procs) I would love Skill That does good Ae dmg instantly to your target and everyone within 30ft and your target gets 6 sec dot and every tick does more dmg than earlier, but the last tick is the HUGE HIT and will always do crit dmg and hits all within 30ft of target and they get infected with the 6s dot if last tick hits them. 5s Cooldown.

GTDC suppose to be the equivalence of ID, rampage on the other hand, have no match on choppa/destro.

not true at ALL, Choppa has Chop Fasta wich Slayer dont so

shatter limbs is the cd increaser to counter chop fasta and its aoe
