Don't join bitterstone thunder-ers destro wipes them all the time 
Ok here's the real deal: population balance on this server is pretty good just like how it was back on live the balance shifts from day to day so you can join either side or you can play both as many have toons on both sides.
Order has ALOT of healers I.e order has very poor class distribution 70% of the order player base is either a healer or an rdps and this is going to blow up In thier face if they don't get more tanks or mdps because once the devs fix more stuff and raise the level cap many classes will get heal debuffs
So listen if you want to play healer, from my prespective you would be more useful on destro as thier class distribution is more balanced and can always use another where as order dosnt really want/need more healers
Or you can do wha every you feel like doing
