It isn't about those who are 35+, it's about those that are 1-34. But thank you for answering, I think with all the responses the original purpose of this has been lost. I already stated that those 35+ wouldn't be affected negatively by this, but those under it will quickly out level their gear and therefore have their bolster affected in a negative way as their gear won't be up to par. XP reduction scrolls. Never leave spawn without them. Even before this weekend. Because of them I have not had a toon hit 40 without having at the least rr 60. Working on one now (a new WE) and trying to hit 40 when RR is 70+

Just play DUO's with someone who doesnt need crests ;D
I went from Annihililator to Invader in like 3.5-4 days + Full Genesis + Subj Wepaon and SC weapon. Nothin is impossible

Off top but related to topic.
X2 event is great but shouldnt we spend some time with families instead of farmin during x2?
I thought about x2 potion for three days instead of weekends :p
I know event has other good things like many online ppl in the same time.

Otoh, roaming and having party members pass on crests is (and was) by far the faster way to accrue gear and xp/rr.
If you have such close friends or your guildies with full BiS gear love you, sure, ask them. It works.

No, a guy asked for a healer for duo and he said he didnt need crests at all.
