If he's really hacking then ban him permanently. Let devs check his activity, it could be false positive.

Unfortunately he is not the only one "russian" BW doing this... There are at least 2 more.... Unfortunately those 2 have names in cyrillic so I can'r properly pronounce their names...

Yesterday I was trying to catch one... Even with 40% snare he was running way faster than me (lvl 3 so cannot be a mount issue)

I remember using demonic maw on him but he still outran me. It's silly to cheat on a game.

I've just had a bug in Nordenwatch where I had permanent mount speed. It didnt change anything that I remounted. Chose to stay in spawn for the rest of the SC.
The bug continued after I left the SC, but a simple relog fixed that. It looks a lot like what zedeti is doing in this video.
