These values are originally created by mythic, so any complains need to go in that direction.

I do believe this will be better when the other zones and their influence rewards gets implemented as well. Threr has always been completely useless items and very very usefull items in each tier. Just had to find the right one

I wish to know why the tome has resistances in game, according to Arsenal of War

so really? here u enable u mind to add stats, what db havent, but must be. Here db is not dogmatic, but for DoK it is. Why only for WP u can do it?
