So if i reduce heal to the ground what gives am surv especially in roam without knockdown or disarm etc.
You don't rely on isha heals, you use your lifeleech. You kite and don't let anyone get close. For roam, you should spec puddle, if you are not in a premade. In a group, others take care of you.
What U mean by 'puddle'?

When you want burst (khaines touch) you can't pick silence if you take snare puddle.
You pick heal debuff in any case, because it's your 2nd strong dot.
If you take puddle and silence then you need the sov+2 mastery bonus, which is less than optimal gear wise as you should mix sets. And you lose Khaines touch tactic. With this spec you are back to where DPS AM was on live server. Sadly they moved the snare too high in heal path.

Yeah, they have all the tools they need and I think are the hardest counter to AM.. and they always seem to have a pocket healer anyway
In their favour:
4s Silence (use pots and morale during this)
2s knockdown
Split dmg with pet
Higher dps and quicker burst
Shield breaker
Up to 35f longer range (up 50% longer)
Better mobility in Charge and snares
Better lifesteal (if specced for meatballs)
In yours:
AP Drain
Better self heal
Cleanse w HoT
DoTs with detaunt
With that in mind, that leaves you two paths:
1. Go full dps and when you get the jump on them you have a good chance to kill.
2. Go tanky/sustain and hope you can outlast, by detaunting, AP draining and cleanse/heal until you stabilise.
As I'm mostly glass cannon (dying is also fun... ..

), somebody else can hopefully fill in on the details for 2. Option against a BIS SH.
