Considering the interval of balance patches these days, i 'd hoped for more.
Not adressing the cdr situation or the slayer dmg output.
Msh still buried and boring af to play.
Don't think thats the way to get population up.

These are my initial reactions before having tried the changes.
That is a big change to the area of Shaman and AM puddles, almost halved if I understand it correctly. Also a massive reduction in area of the SM aoe slow. So kiting ability just got reduced significantly, puddle especially is a key ability for kiting in many situations.
I get that it's not fun to be kited as melee, but ranged classes are completely screwed without kiting, this is a big shift in favour of melee. Most ranged classes have very limited mobility, especially on order side.
The removal of tripple stacking BHA I am fully onboard with, it was boring to play with or against and a bit broken in some situations. SW is in a weird spot now though, not really good at anything.
I hope there are some positive changes coming for ranged classes is all I can say, or they will mostly be parked on keep walls, where melee classes have a difficult time reaching them

Good changes overall, I'm not however not very fond of the SM nerf with 20ft to 5ft on Wings of Heaven ; you will often endager yourself doing that, and the area of effect wont let you hit more than 6-7 opponents at best, with a dispellable debuff (juggernaut, Focused Mind, verious antisnares from mdps), wich was IMO not too strong for a M1 - only good for catching fleeing opponents, since Order dont have instant aoe pulls.
Now with a 5ft radius you wont be able to hit more than 2-3 very tighly stacked opponents, at best.
A 10 ft radius should have made the deal IMO.
The other indirect SM nerf with Bellows to M3 (about wich I agree, generally speaking) should have led to Bladeshield moved from M3 to M2 (its a personal buff with 3600 absorb, comparable to a KotBS M1, and half the value of a Chosen/IB M3, for instance).
Now if we want bellow for group protection, we lose an option to defend, and deal damage ourself. Raze is a bit meh, and guard of steel is overall not very good either (I'm not sure it stacks with nature's blade stat buff, or a KotBS/IB toughness buffs either).
Otherwise, good change for aoe snare puddles corrected (from a VFX PoV), and a well-needed 10% parry ST to all 2H, block only did not made much sense, that will help classes with low strikethrough capabilities (mostly KotBS, BO, IB and BG) to fight better against high parry values.

Perhaps SM radius should of been changed to 15ft as well?

Previous area of the puddle: (20ft)^2 * Pi = 1257ft^2
New area of the puddle: (15ft)^2 * Pi = 707ft^2
So the puddle just got 44% smaller in size compared to the old value... seems kinda overnerfed if you ask me

The demo made sense. Wish the 2h knight would have been rework a little bit to make it more interested thought maybe in the future?

The aoe was bigger then the graphic, now it fits.

Agreed. As I understand how the mechanic works when you hit Wings it sends you to the spot where your target was when you activated the ability, meaning your target has an opportunity to move while you are in the air. Moving out of a five foot radius is all but a guarantee, particularly for gobos, which renders Wings practically useless.
