I don't know if this is intentional or not. Doesn't make sense to get 100 influence from a BFO when you essentially PvE it while when you do some PvP and kill a person, you get 6 influence. I hope it's just a bug and not designed that way.

The amount of gained inf depends on if you are in a big WB or soloing. the more players are in your group the less inf you get because it will be shared to all members who entered the combat

Id assume its by design to stop people "farming" each other to trade Inf. The current system while not perfect will prevent exploits and does encourage PvP at Keeps, BO's etc.

Back on live, you get 100inf for every kill shared to party/warband members in roughly same area where the kill happened.

Exactly this, while it may take a good while to get enough inf for the rewards it makes rvr more active which can only be a good thing.

So does no inf work in t2 or is it only rvr?

Inf works, i was getting inf solo, in a wb and in a small group while in rvr not alot but enough. Also got inf for killing mobs associated to pq's.
