Return of Reckoning

Make sure that the RoR folder is not write protected (right click on it in windows explorer and uncheck read only). Make sure that you copy it away from the torrent download location (otherwise torrent has the finger on it).

Run a repair. Delete cache folder. Run without addons.

If that all doesn't help then download it again.

Also try to disable anti virus and firewall.

It's a launcher error, the expected file length and actual file length are not equal. We'd need to see the complete folder and check file size.
