The live server for me was stable at release (I played Warhammer for 2 years, as soon as it came out and then I missed a year and returned during WAR's third year). However Warhammer being dominantly a PVP MMO, innately demands that large groups of players can play together at the same time, this is not possible when 20 people getting together causes the server to crash. The dev's should be focusing on stability before content. Ensure the game can handle 100 players in the same area together before adding features, then add features bit by bit and then test the game again, if the game can not handle the same amount of players that is when you optimize the game and eliminate any bottlenecks which are hampering performance.

Do not over-exaggerate and state not being able to hold up 20 playes in one place without crashing, because it's simply not true and potentially scares people away.

The server was mostly woking fine since T2 released, apat from the missing lords - ye some lag here and there, but we had that lag with 2x WBs on destro & 2 on order, not a 10v10 crash fight.

I'm sure everybody is aware we lag sometimes, but like I said I don't think it's the machine. If you know - for example - what's causing the current one to crash, go in a loop, throw exceptions and hiccup (or burn from the heat outside) then fix it, bro. Otherwise you are just stating the "obvious".

The lag is not caused by hardware problems as far as I know.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.

yea lag had occurred always around keep fight and only for unknow reasons, someone told on one of those days that server was refreshing every 50 msec so it's not a server problem, more like client vs server interation or something like that. Work have to be make on data not on hardware.

That was the the db save intervall and it was changed to 1min when T2 came out.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.

Ensure the game can handle 100 players in the same area together before adding features, then add features bit by bit and then test the game again, if the game can not handle the same amount of players that is when you optimize the game and eliminate any bottlenecks which are hampering performance.
And that's exactly what we ARE doing.

Were I not on holiday at the moment, I would be trying to source the lag issues - but you'll have to wait a week or so before that happens.

Off topic -

Isnt it possible that party fix somehow screwed something? I have experienced more frequent lags and also these 2+mins ones after it was posted they fixed party

Have to say today is close to unplayable, dont think i've left a SC normally (Zone 0), and loads of in combat bugs upon entering. and alot of weird behaviours like lagging out for minutes

just had 4th zone 0 in about an hour of play
