Sorry, i`m not familiar with english math equation syntax, what you do with highlighted number (50) in this equation?
It basically means the maximum value is 50.

correct. Proc damage is also Block + Parry, both before & after.
Just do be 100% sure, this means that for 2h tanks:
2h Before the change:
Guard ranged Damage: Dodge
Guard magical Damage: Disrupt
Guard melee Damage: Parry

2h AFTER the change:
Guard ranged Damage: Parry
Guard magical Damage: Parry
Guard melee Damage: Parry
is this correct?

The amount of block you can get from block rating on your shield is capped to 50%.

Will basically only happen if for example a caster auto attacks you while being strength debuffed. Then their offensive stat will be very low.

problem was not with dodge or disrupt guard damage, problem was with defence strikethrough and only one class ingame have 100% strikethrough

Awesome change 2H tank can now be more viable whit this guard change ! ANd the fix for barrier on city is really excellent no more champion stacked at barrier to be safe healed
