Are PQs still widespread bugged? Are all abilities and tactics still stating values at zero for everything? Are auras still not displaying properly?

PQs work or were working as far as i know, the zero value problem is fixed if you use the repair function on the patcher.

are scenarios popping but not giving a prompt fixed with this?

Personally, I voted to have the setting turned off, but I think this is the best for everybody. Now people who want to see all appearance changes can happily do so while the rest of us have it turned off to give the server a little help.
