Update, so the city siege being a scenario is detected properly in all cases

Cleaned up the replacements and added two more ones in 1.3

Replacements:
%F - Name of your friendly target
%C - Friendly target profession (since 1.3)
%T - Name of your enemy target
%P - Enemy target profession (since 1.3)
