Pretty solid suggestions, what could go wrong? :^)
The only additional thing I could imagine is giving their helicopter mounts more upward thrust, when jumping, I mean they should be able to fly. They need it to get more mobility!

Not really serious post and answers.
Fact: tinkerer path is broken, several skills are waste and do not match, it should be the one and only tools-path.
Solely the 15% crit tactic should be replaced by a healdebuff.
And then, yeah engi has some ccs, but because of immunity timers and same ccs other classes have its not unique and not always useful. So dont be afraid of getting an engineer beeing half as mighty as sh is ( in 2030 maybe lol).
