I for one am very thankful for those who take the time to lead a warband and share wisdom with those who are relatively new, like myself. I know it can not be easy! Each person has there own style and if you are joining the warband then I believe you should be respectful, patient, understanding...etc..... of that leader and simply follow their lead, take direction...etc. If they are not to your liking you can always move to another Warband

Well he was accusing me of being afk and just standing in warcamp when that was not true. I was doing the same work as everyone else and escorting supplies and fighting. And then he was IM'ing me and calling me a leech as well as in warband. So it is okay for him to broadcast but not for me to call him out?

I was doing the same as everyone else but having a leader like that not having a clue and accusing someone for something that is not true and broadcasting it pisses me off.
