The removal of the Knockdown from the Big tree (and 100 range) seems... bad at first. But then, according to this Gas Squiggy should put all your Quick abilities up to 80 range, right? In combination with Run Away! being made core to act as a MDPS-like Charge ability to get within range... Hmm. Not bad.
It is just a shame I never got to try out the Behind Ya + Finish 'Em Off combo because since they were both Instant cast earlier, that would've been a killer burst combo.

Does Run Away break on ability use? If not that is now a core Charge but better.

FEO and BY are both instant cast

Gas squig bring QS to 80 ft and BS to 115 feet yes
5s cooldown is quite a lot when going 'round covering health debuff on multiple targets. Basically forces rSHs into ST playstyle even more.
Did you heard about aoe ailment ?
Still have to pick target, apply heath debuff, cover with dot, switch target, do the same.
5s cooldown seems like quite a lot but I understand it's a tradeoff for new ini debuff on yer bleedin. I will test it as soon as server is up but for now it seems like it's forcing me to focus 1 target, finish rotation and switch to next one. Lol dps < Utility but I'll test and see.

A trade off for ini debuff and duration shortened to 10 sec and interval shorted to 2 sec
