i feel your pain mate, i just HATE weekend events now, just brings the worst out in people ... I've raged a few times in weekend SCs im ashamed to say, but its got beyond terrible.. nothing the devs can do to fix it , other than just make it play x amount of times win or lose you get the event done...

I managed to get some friends to play recently, all but one left after the first event weekend because of how frustrating it was for them

Well they sure as hell can make something to fix it. Allow 2 types of the same sc for the weekend: premade and solo/duo.

Unfortunately, even making a premade isn't always an answer. Some classes are just bad in 6 vs 6. Then there's gear/rr gap disparency, because even if you managed to get a perfecd 2/2/2 comp you will still get crashed with ease by 80s in sovereign, even if they have less optimal comp.
