Return of Reckoning

I view this as a tweak, to be played out and if someone has a rational argument, submit that for a change back or further tweak.

Change needed IMO is the stupid regen tanks. Unless I get my rings, then that build is fine.

Feel free to discuss it properly and suggest anything you find better in a proper suggestion thread (if you thought of doing that).

Simply igniting the forums with such threads, and throwing some capital letters won't help the community and the team.
