No issue in this guild name. Just play the game and stop to report ppl with no reason. (I have no relation with this guild.).
Edit: OO gosh, I did a search and I know the reason why the name needs to be changed.

There is not a single shred of PORN visible in WAR except for the skimpy slutty WE models which oddly enough are totally fine, but "Only Fans" guild name which could mean more than just some site, is reportable? lol

Please change the guild name to "Karen Forbids".
PS - I´m actually suprised OP knows this site and wants to report it when we all know what has been going on in the shadows. - I´d like to speak to the manager please.

developers want no porn referenze in game they told long time ago, all get ban or rename in past
