bob + scroll + war report ezpz. if you cant manage to have at least one of them up while going farming in the middle of nowhere that's a you problem. one of them also only has 20min cd.

Yeah, we never removed the cooldown, people just quietly exploited the fact you could log off to reset it, and that was fixed. It was always intended to be a long cooldown that you can use occasionally. Just like guild and city scrolls.
