I specifically tested it this spring (april?) on my lowbie dps runie and it was not proccing off of Rune of Battle or any other aoe attacks

Also i am 99% sure we tested it in BT even before that because we were trying to utilize dps runies in wb and 6man from time to time

Yea I was told it was not working by various people who tested it, so /shrug

I guess it doesn't matter anymore.
