Witches Blessings ... or rather goodbye my friend, I am sorry to hear this.
Breaks are sometimes needed even from games to deal with life commitments, this I understand. In fact I've known quite a few people that have made this decision also to take breaks or leave entirely ... only for them to return at a later date (2 years sometimes) and get back to playing again. I feel also that this may come to pass for you as the others do and you will return.
Take no heed to what Games Workshop is doing, alot aren't including myself. Stories come and go and can change over time too, but its what we take out of them that matters most. Stories are made to be enjoyed fully, yet GW has a universe that most people take what they want from it because its geared that way. I do like that there is an ending to the war in the lore, but I don't fully embrace what's to come.
Here we have WAR as it was in the lore (or close to at least) and we get to re-live that, roleplay that and more importantly, battle like it was and the classes that still was beforehand. You know I write and I write fan fiction around the times of "Storm of Chaos/Age of Reckoning", it doesn't matter to me that Games Workshop is rebooting their whole system of games in the fantasy timeline. It matters to me what I take from it and I choose to play/write for the timeline of MY choice.
Sometimes I don't always feel up to fighting/gaming or writing, but that happens too and it is hard with the new changes to come, but do not despair.
In the meantime, thank you for writing this post and letting us all know how things are. I wish you well, I wish you healthy and I wish you inspired so that one day you will come back and I can stab you for leaving ... or just stab you anyway!
Good luck my friend.
P.S. Spamming you now like you would me in game ...
"OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE", "OBAMA CARE" ... ect

We will never forget Archmage, or Archmagee. I understand your message, and I respect you completely. I hope I get to talk to you soon, and please take care out there, especially in the real world. We should be thanking you, Arch. For all the wonderful moments you gave us, and the times we all got to laugh on the RvR fields...

Wow, wow! That's brutal! Send everything back, now!
I wish you luck, Archmage, in breaking job-chains and returning back.
See ya, mate, and thanks a lot.
