Well wasnt tier 1 cap lvl 15 before live closed down?

I am definately for a push to lvl 15. Will make the transfer to T2 easier as lvl 15 abilities are tested. And a lvl cap raise will also help all those that have hard time finding shoulders as there will be renown shoulders at lvl 13.

Best regards

Push cap then ordo can get acess to the dominion items just like destro can b/c many ordo classes cannot get dominion weapons and are forced to use bloody or gale items and destro can finally get access to dominion shields would solve 2 slot related issue problems too

raising lvl cap will also help the game play with new abilities to act with. more competition and variety.

rank 14 will allow anyone to obtain vendor gear of dominion- most of the pieces. jewels, capes will be left to farm from pve... sounds like proper MMO to me

Bolster (and item drops) are fixed in the next update.
Old tier caps? Where T3 ended with rank 32? This would create huge imbalance in T4 in the future.

I thought changes are only made where it is necessary. Tier caps and general gear progression was something they got right, apart from lotd and rr80+.

Some discussion was bandied around within one of the Skype groups a while back about how to handle the tiers. I'm probably misremembering it.
