Death is a fast trip back to the chapter camp for all those quests you just completed. Grouping up with a healer usually solves the problem too.

Did he REALLY just leave over a PvE spawn timer in a PvP game?

I actually came here to help him and all Im doing now is rolling my head on the keyboard.

Sounds like the guy doesn’t know what the game is about. Probably expected something similar to WoW or one of its many clones.
