If for bo self heal u mean the tactic you got nuffin i dont see any use of that in a party or wb.The only use is for some regen build to hold a flag in sc or to troll people in rvr if u go full s/b with regen stuff+you got nuffin+ap tactic+cant hit me.basically a useless tactic.Bg and Ib will go for self heal only for solo roam build unless they want to sacrifice everything else (especially bg).And probably the bo /sm tactic have low value first cause its lower in the tree compared to bg/ib ability and second cause it heals also group members.
