This 100%. If the only thing that can rope people into playing rvr is bribery with gear, maybe it's time to think about how to make rvr fun.
MMOs are in general bribing players with gear.
Everything else is Counterstrike.

that terrible mentality is why were in the state we are
mmo are about allowing players to do something they enjoy whether that be monopolizing the AH or running pve maybe they enjoy unlocking all the ToK entries possibly even playing SC
as it stands right now RoR forces players to do something they may not enjoy to do things they do enjoy and imo thats a bad way to go about it
