I can't zone in after server restart

For those affected by this bug who want to log in different characters -- Close down the game completely and make sure the character you want to play is the first character you log in. Seemingly if you try to log your bugged character first, you won't be able to successfully log in any toon for that whole session.

But I just want to play the one I can't have

Same issue here too. I can't log into my chosen.

As an update, half an hour later, when playing on my alt in the Nordenwatch scenario, the server went down for a 5 minute update, and when it went back on, neither of my characters could get online.

This is probably affecting a couple dozen players. Hoping it's as easy as a server reboot.

Can't log in with most of my chars, only 1 or 2 can log in. Frustrating, isn't?

Same for me, I was in Nordland sc. Can't log any char on both sides, not even new chars.

wtf happen neither of my characters can get online, my loading screen just remains black and after a while just said authentication failed, help please.

This is currently a global issue which is affecting other players, also.

At this moment I don't know any thing else on it, so just have to wait for now.

My main character is in Ekrund and her name is Tchanka lvl 10 Witch Elf
