I'm getting a message 'The signature of WAR-64 is corrupt or invalid'. Any ideas?

Edit: tried the secondary mirror, and even though I got that error message, when I ran the launcher, everything downloaded and I can connect.

Tried downloading both sets of files and neither one of them seemed to work, restarted and everything but still no dice. Any idea what could be going wrong?

Had to go in and change the permissions on the file AND force my firewall to allow it through, but it works now. i'll have to bash at the firewall every time, unfortunately.

When I tried to update I did get this message, Could not download file from server. (WAR.64.exe)
But when I went into my game file I saw that there are two files that have statuses of error art.myp, and world.myp
I'm a little lost on what to do now.
I was able to login to the game earlier today before the update and was in character creation but not able to name that character I'm not sure if this was because the servers were shutting down for the update or because I have these errors in my files.
