I cant speak of the IB, but the KoBS falls a LOT behind the SM when using a 2h weapon as DPS. Simply cause the skills of the SM are completely aimed so that u use a 2h sword, specially the lvl40 skill, but in overall all them. The ones that actually require shield are the ones that are shared among all tank classes or the ones i used mostly to PvE (mid tree).

Not using the magical tree of the SM can make u think that a KoBS can do better the work, but is in the magcal skill and the procs whr the power of the class lays.

Trying to use a BG or a SM with a shield instead of taking advantage of the magic at their disposal is a big mistake.

By contrast, most of the skills of the KoBS are aimed at ur shield, and they take the best of them when adding the auras. I was never able to use the KoBS as effectively as the SM, and dont forget that ur magical procs and skills dont depend in a secondary stat, so u basically go strghit forward Str and forget about WS, as stated previously in the thread. All the other tanks had to invest in both to take the best of their DPS skills. That saves u one stat to increase that can go to survavility, Willp was my prefered one as it worked in both ways giving me magic resis and increasing my own healings, but a matter of choices.

The best BG specs are with shield. The reason to skip 2h is the knockdown.

I voted for the Choppa. Because he carries two weapons. And it is an Orc.

This is a simplistic analysis, but the Choppa is my favorite class just for those reasons !

C'est une analyse simpliste, mais le Koup'Tou est ma Classe favorite simplement pour ces raisons !

The very fact that SM is a tank is a mistake. Especially when you have WL in the exact same game. Read up on the Elven history, Mythic? Sm should've been a DPS and its pair would be...not a Witch Elf. An Executioner or something. WL would get paired with a BG.

Either that or make SM like BG. A fully offensive tank. And invent a new MDPS Druchii class because WL REALLY != WE.

No mdps on Ordo or destro for that matter can ce pets with the utility, survive ablity and damage along with the sheer amount of cheese that maras have

Who needs 2h when you can give your grp 20% base crit chance and have a damage increaser with rune fang

I prefer HOW IT IS tyvm! Ofc, some things could be improved(/cough fervour /cough) but I prefer realities tyvm!
