This is getting really old. I have tried everything they suggested and nothing is effective. This is turning off a lot of us people that just want to log into the game and play without having to relaunch it 100 times.

As a final fix I tried to connect via phone 4g and it worked :O . Any ideas on how to connenct/ fix my own internet?

You can always try flush your dns, theres a good google guide on how to do it

So yeah, that's a problem. I don't believe it to be DNS: the hop from 14 onwards isn't my DNS server's responsibility. Further, PTR lookup against the IP is fine.

I don't know if I'm willing to "try random VPNs" to play any particular game, but I've no other ideas.

tried hotspot shield because desperate still didn't work, called my isp asked them if it was on their end they said nope, why has this not been fixed without having to jump through hoops, I played fine for 2.5 yrs then all of sudden it wont authenticate.

I've seen threads from 2016 having the same issue as this, why is this still not fixed? As a new player, this is really disheartening

Im having the same problem, it just.... goes nowhere. All of a sudden, I cant login.
I checked the tracert, and tried 32 bit/64 bit, same difference.
Is it just because there are more players trying to logon now?
