Sorry to necro such an old post but is there a way to display health bars above all enemies. And also increase the size of specific enemy health bars as they get lower on health?

Hey,

unfortunately, it isn't possible to show the Effigy health bar above all enemies. Also it's not possible to modify the standard vanilla overhead health bars that comes with RoR.
