Basically they want to make full sets more viable over running mixes.

u think too much, when u get those bonus, u lost bouns from jewelry. For example 3pcs Genesis u got 2 bonus
3pc genesis is useless compared to adding another set piece to already used armor sets by slotting a jewel.
u mean useless because genesis is not that high lv gear
if one day they design some jewelry pieces with 75+lvl then they are useful
