I didnt think so until someone directed me to the wiki page that said that's how it works. I should probably test it, but never have.

Lets say at several occasions during ranked sc I said to myself, that I parry too few guard dmg hits.

Exactly - resulting in a decent of AOE pressure etc to Guards.
I would welcome 2x Choppa tweaks. Make BEO something better and have the AP finisher return a greater amount. The rest of the quality of life stuff can be solved by equipment.
