It seems to me that this is not the right approach to punish people who want to change sides for one reason or another. now we have a situation where destro has about 200 people online, and order is only 100, but people do not switch sides to less numerical because they get a restriction, although if there was no the restriction they could very well change sides (especially premades ) to obtain increased renown.
let's look at the main problem, the whole system of punishments (malus, aao, restrictions) is based on limiting the gaining of renown for the more populated side, and rightly so. but does it work as intended? I think not. simply because now there is already a fairly large and numerous composition of players who do not need either renown or equipment or gears. they already have 80+ renoun, and full high-end gears qnd hi-end equipments. and these punushments beat primarily on new players, or on their twinks.
that is, it turns out that "new" players have to spend much more effort and time to achieve that equipment, and equal strength with "old" players. and please note that all of these still do not help to solve the situation when one side is several times numerical than the other.
as for me, before I often changed sides, especially in the middle zones, but now I play only for destro because of this restriction. and also becouse i need to receive a contribution for enter to the fort.
