On live u could drag your weapon on hot bar. When u start atacking someone the icon on the bar start to toggle so u can hotkey it snd stop auto attacks.
Was using that on my shammy when detaunts were on cd while dueling and was working fine.
But still is not perma disable, cos on each attack it goes on
No idea if that is usable on ror
