The cap is a global setting unless an ability has a specific cap set. So in this case all unspecified has been increased.

I think the aim to discourage players from continuing zergy behaviour where they choose to stack several warbands together, with only a tiny frontline that takes dmg while the rest of the blob plays it safe.
Now such blob formation is tactic is less effective, and maybe it encourages people to split up properly instead of building a blob.

I am not optimistic because the raised cap also works the other way too, making it easier for zergs to obliterate wbs where the healers can’t keep up. But we will see.

Ok ok, with more thinking about this we still have some tools even if we can't hit as much target as other people with flurry.
I will see when we will try it

as stated the AOE cap increase is a TEST. Tomorrow I will open a feedback thread as well aas observing myself. If its **** it will get reverted.
Also added the correction on Toughness on dot calculations as we had a failed boot.

so wl/mara/wych/wh/squig/sw bw/sorc all aoe abilities is caped to 24 ppl and slayer choppa neeed tactic for flurry and ather is already aoe? slayer shatered limbs is also 24 ppl if he can reach tham? same as squig bad gas? or only specific abilities have aoe cap 24 ,
- like bw breath fire and bombard?

AOE cap is global and affects any AOE unless they have a specific cap set.
