Azarael wrote in the past, that his reworked ability system allows for easy implementation of all abilities up to level 40 (maybe with some exceptions).
As SigmarPriest wrote, the gold exploit(s) is/are the major reason(s) for delaying the T2 content.

So of what kind of a timeframe do you think when you say "knocking on the door"? I mean I am fishing pretty much in the dark here when I make estimations. Maybe you have more insight than I do.

I wouldnt say too many, there have been many times when I've been the single healer in a scen of tanks! It changes throughout the day
