Access was denied to the path or file WAR.exe!
Unblock the launcher. (right click RoRLauncher.exe -> properties -> click Unblock button)
Remove the write-protection (right click the game folder -> properties -> disable read-only) from all the files in the WAR folder and try again. You may also try running the launcher with Administrator privileges.
If you used the torrent to download the game, the torrent application may still be using the files. Either copy the entire WAR folder to a new location (if you wish to continue supporting the torrent), or move the entire WAR folder to another location to break access to the torrent.

Anything new on this? ive done everything that thre previous thread posts have suggested.
My only other question is, is the login for the launcher the same as the website?
Error starting: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Users\Wusker\Desktop\WAR.exe'.
File name: 'C:\Users\Wusker\Desktop\WAR.exe'

So had the same issue too but i did the following:
-Downloaded the Launcher first
-Downloaded the torrent second
-Moved the Launcher into the folder (i don't know if that does anything but just to be sure)
-Went to properties on the folder and unchecked the box
-Then moved the whole folder into another one (it doesn't matter where you move it, it just has to be moved to not be connected to the torrent)
-Start the Launcher as an admin and let it download the last missing files
The error doesn't occure anymore - done
