On live we had nothing till level 20 you had to grind a long way to get youre first mount. I think its fine the way it is. The Guild mounts arrived very late and they do look the business these are cosmetic issues.

I think the main complaint is that you can walk as fast but you dont walk into battle. Riding is preferred if you are a mobile class rp sw or sh its better to be on foot tbh.
